How do I buy a Membership?
SkyCaddie Memberships can be purchased in the online shopping cart. Simply review Membership options and select the Membership that fits your golfing lifestyle. Place the Membership in the cart and either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Once you have purchased your Membership, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on how to attach your Membership to your SkyCaddie.
How do I Renew?
When it is time to renew your SkyCaddie membership, log into your account at skygolf.com and go to SHOP to select the Membership of your choice. Memberships can be found under the Membership category in our online shopping cart. After selecting the Membership, proceed through the checkout process. Once you have purchased your Membership, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on how to attach your Membership to your SkyCaddie.
How do I activate my SkyCaddie with Membership?
After placing an order for a SkyCaddie, a Membership and any extras, your order will process and ship to the address you have designated. When your SkyCaddie arrives, you will need to register the device, activate the membership and select which Advanced Feature courses you would like on your SkyCaddie*. If you purchase a membership before you register the SkyCaddie, you will receive an email with a link that will easily tie that membership to your SkyCaddie and complete activation. To start the process, go to www.myskycaddie.com and follow the applicable instructions based on your SkyCaddie model. You will also need to download our Free CaddieSync Express software.
*Advanced Feature courses are not available for a Basic BREEZE with a CGT Par Membership.
How do I upgrade my SkyGolf Membership?
For upgrades, all you need to do is purchase the membership level you wish to upgrade to. When you purchase the plan, a year is added to the end of your existing membership expiration date and your account will immediately upgrade to the new level. Upon purchase of a plan, an email will be sent to you with a link so that you can update your SkyCaddie to the new membership level.
How do I buy an Extended Warranty?
Extended Warranties are available for select New and Open Box SkyCaddies. Customers may purchase an upgrade from the included six (6) months manufacturer’s limited warranty to a twelve (12) month limited warranty at the time of registration. After selecting your New or Open Box SkyCaddie model and placing it in your shopping cart, you will be able to select the Extended Warranty from the Recommended Products. Select the Extended Warranty and hit the Update Cart button. Your warranty will begin on the day you register your SkyCaddie. Extended Warranties purchases are valid on select New and Open Box SkyCaddies and can be purchased only at the time of SkyCaddie purchase or within the first 30 days of initial registration of the SkyCaddie.
